الحذف من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح TOGER وسجّل الدخول.
2. من الملف الشخصي أو الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.
3. أكمل خطوات التأكيد وإعادة التحقق المطلوبة.

ماذا يحدث بعد بدء مسار الحذف؟

• بعد قبول/بدء مسار الحذف وفق الآلية المعتمدة، يتوقف الوصول إلى الحساب.
• يشمل ذلك فقدان الوصول إلى العناصر المحفوظة والفواتير والمستندات والتذكيرات المرتبطة بالحساب.
• تُجدول البيانات المرتبطة للحذف النهائي خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يومًا، وفق سياسة الخصوصية والأنظمة المعمول بها، ما لم يتطلب النظام الاحتفاظ ببيانات محددة لمدة أطول.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open TOGER and sign in.
2. From Profile or Settings → Delete Account.
3. Complete the required confirmation and reauthentication steps.

What happens after deletion starts?

• After the deletion path is accepted/started under the applicable process, account access is disabled.
• This includes loss of access to Saved Items, invoices, documents, and reminders linked to the account.
• Associated data is scheduled for permanent deletion within up to 30 days according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law, unless longer retention of specific information is legally required.
